What You’ll Do?
- Working closely with accounting/finance and business teams to closely monitor the types of transactions subject to reconciliation.
- Performing daily reconciliation of user and merchant accounts, analyzing the results and preparing aging reports.
- Identifying discrepancies in reconciliation results and taking necessary actions.
- Managing the company’s monthly financial closing processes and coordinating with corresponding teams.
- Working closely with IT and RPA teams to identify problems and make improvements for process enhancement.
Who You Are?
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Finance (preferred banking or e-money)
- Knowledge of accounting and reconciliation Process
- Ability to make quick decisions and resolve issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build good relations in a team.
