Overview :
Hiring a Campaign Operations Senior Manager will streamline our marketing processes, enhance campaign effectiveness, and drive revenue growth through optimized and data-driven strategies.
The role
This position will be responsible for leading the campaign operations team, ensuring that all marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly, on time, and within budget. This role collaborates closely with geo-marketing teams to customize, construct, and deploy campaigns, leveraging global frameworks and templates. The Sr. Campaign Operations Manager will monitor program performance, implement optimization strategies based on insights, and provide programmatic assistance for campaign assets within Marketo. Handling campaign support requests, the manager ensures efficient coordination and execution of campaigns, contributing to the overall success and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

• Execute and enhance marketing campaigns through Marketo, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and templates.
• Customize campaigns to meet the specific needs of various geo-marketing teams.
• Coordinate the construction and deployment of campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with geo-marketing teams to understand their requirements and provide tailored campaign solutions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between global and regional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of campaigns.
• Manage and prioritize campaign support requests to ensure efficient and timely responses.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement optimization strategies based on data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct regular reviews of campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Programmatic Assistance:
• Provide programmatic support for campaign assets within Marketo, ensuring proper configuration and execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign execution and performance.
• Maintain and update campaign templates and frameworks to ensure they meet current best practices and business needs.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate and distribute regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and trends.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to inform strategic decisions and optimizations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and improve campaign operations processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures for campaign execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on campaign initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 15+yrs years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management, preferably with a focus on Marketo.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems, with hands-on experience using Marketo.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
