Affiliate AWS Engineer (SC Cleared)

Description

We’re looking for mid level AWS Engineers to join our network of Affiliates. This role is based in Leeds with a couple of days a week expected in office or on client site. Must be Security Cleared.

What you’ll bring to the table:

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be a specialist in your team, building scalable cloud solutions to solve a variety of problems. You will act as a consultant in Cloud technology to clients. To do this, you will need to be able to:

• Hold AWS Certified Developer - Associate level or higher qualification
• Build and maintain an IaC codebase using the latest best practices and industry standards, inline with our clients security policies.
• Be comfortable discussing the business/commercial benefits of Cloud whilst being equally comfortable deep diving into AWS platform configurations.
• Be curious and have an ability to horizon scan and evaluate new technology options and vendor products and understand how these can be used to solve our clients problems.
• Have knowledge of tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Ansible
• Have knowledge of Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery environments
• Have knowledge of using containers (Docker or Kubernetes).
