About the job
We have a great opportunity for an Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing internal systems to suit business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing sandbox and production environment for the new and existing merchants
- Working closely with business and onboarding teams via Jira and Salesforce to satisfy merchants' needs
- Review documentation containing technical/business requirements
- Work closely with the development team to make necessary changes in internal systems and implement the new methods
Requirements:
- Attention to details
- The ability to independently analyze the situation and find answers to questions
- The level of written English is not lower than Intermediate (it will be important to quickly express thoughts in writing and perceive new information)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Slack is welcome
- A fintech background would be an advantage, especially when working with the company's own products and internal systems
