Quick-take: Axios is a growing media company dedicated to providing trustworthy, award-winning news content in an audience-first format. We are hiring an Associate Director of Client Success to support our East Coast-based advertising team!
Why it matters: The Associate Director, Client Success will lead account management for new and existing strategic accounts, delivering best-in-class, turnkey client experiences from kickoff to wrap.
Working closely with multiple cross-functional teams (Client Partnerships, Smart Brevity Studio, Events, Integrated Marketing, Finance, Brand Journalism, and Ad Operations), you will lead, develop and execute a wide range of campaigns across the Axios product suite. You’ll also work with your Client Partnerships colleagues to support media planning, proposals, and renewal activities. Additionally, you’ll be seen as an effective thought partner and coincide with the Team East client partnership lead across revenue priorities for the team.
The details: This is a high-energy role that requires superior communication skills and an ability to understand partner business priorities and solutions. They will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, have a passion for the Axios mission, and possess the following strengths:
Starting salary for this role is in the range of $90,000 - $103,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills. This range does not include other compensation and benefits. Axios' compensation philosophy takes into account cost of labor differentials across the country. Because this is a remote-optional job posting, this salary range takes into account all possible locations within the United States, but candidates will only be eligible for the salary range for their location.
