Must have 8 years of experience in Selenium Quality Assurance. Primary Responsibilities will include the following :- Experience in software test development and including crating/maintaining test automation- frameworks from scratch. Should have exposure to best practices in SQA and software development, including code reviews, debugging trouble shooting and CI processes. Good understanding of Object oriented programming preferably Java, Experience in Front end APP web Manual testing, API automation preferably using tools like selenium /Appium /Rest assured with Framework like TestNG/Cucumber. Automation of Test code quality which should be excellent with minimum test script failures. To be able identify independently the areas for automation scope and deliver features on time without any regression or production downtime. To be well versed with Debugging skills and be able to fix issues in automation scripts. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Excellent Interpersonal and client communication skills." (1.) To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client orteam to understand functional ordesign specifications ,highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies ,prepare automated test scripts,maintain test case suite,ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in placeorkept upto date. (2.) To create reusable orscalable test automation framework, develop test strategiesorplans, maintain test data and to submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations. (3.) To develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system featuresor enhancements are developed and accordingly create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (4.) To developorguide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
