Position Summary: General Skilled Role Player participates in military training exercises that simulate real world situations in a live scenario exercise. Role playing requirements include various scripted and unscripted roles of civilians or military personnel on the battlefield. Role Players may perform roles including, but not limited to, bystanders, casualties, shopkeepers, family members, villagers, police, soldiers, insurgents, etc. Role players shall have the ability to play the roles of indigenous people with-in a foreign culture.

  Requirements: 

• Prior Military, Law Enforcement or similar **Preferred**
• Previous experience as a role player for scenario-based training **Preferred**
• Languages other than English **a plus**
• Must be able to travel from one day to week at a time
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Ability to pass a drug scree
• Must have ability to listen and interpret messages correctly
• Must have excellent speaking and listening skills ble to navigate web-based timecard and pay systems
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• No clearance required *** a plus if possess an active DOD Clearance***

Physical Demands:

• Must be physically able and willing to operate in austere rural, urban, or maritime environments and under various weather conditions.
• capable of performing their assigned work moving distances up to 1 mile over uneven ground
• may have to remain standing for extended periods of time to support training
• must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in scenario and during exercise set-up/tear down as a member of administrative work teams and carrying all associated equipment props in support of the training environment.

Expected Hours of Work:

• Work hours are based on course requirements, daily hours average 8 hours per day with some work more than 10 hours.
• Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Employees must be reachable for coordinating work schedules.
