YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a talented, creative, and passionate Global Brand Communications Specialist to join our global brand team and help us lead the development of Glovo’s equity around the world. You will be developing and executing comprehensive communication campaigns that elevate the brand equity, effectively communicate Glovo's value proposition, and resonate with diverse target audiences

The ideal candidate should have a passion for developing equity TV campaigns from concept to production, converting consumer insights into actionable communication strategies, and effectively managing agency relationships.

THE JOURNEY

  • Develop TV Campaigns: Assist in the creation and execution of TV campaigns from brief to finished production, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
  • Consumer Insights: Analyze market research and consumer insights to inform and shape compelling communication strategies, particularly for TV advertising.
  • Communication Strategies: Translate consumer insights into actionable and effective communication plans that drive brand awareness and engagement across TV and other media.
  • Agency Collaboration: Coordinate and lead interactions with external agencies, ensuring clear communication and alignment with brand and TV advertising objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Localization: Collaborate with local marketing teams across Europe (eastern & western regions) central Asia & Africa (north & sub-saharan regions) to develop best-in-class localized TV communication that resonates with target audiences and is consistent with brand guidelines.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications,, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand communications, TV advertising, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and the ability to translate them into effective communication strategies.
  • Hands on experience project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for managing agency relationships.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for branding, TV advertising, and storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Spanish native and very advanced in English, other languages would be a plus.
