The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. In this position you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and play a key role in managing and streamlining processes for the revenue driving teams, including sales, customer success and marketing operations. The business operations team's activities are varied, and you will need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get involved in everything from a revenue operations generalist perspective. Different projects will be prioritized based on team needs and strategic initiatives, but the core responsibilities of the role include:
What you’ll do:
- Building and improving reports and dashboards spanning all revenue generating functions to enable data-driven decisions: our RevOps tools and workflows need to capture the data needed to understand our business accurately.
- Cleaning up, improving and creating workflows and automations in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Owning the Hubspot general setup/maintenance (Pipeline stages, custom team views, required fields, etc…)
- Creating and maintaining RevOps playbook/documentation in Notion.
- Evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating technology tools for the revenue generating teams.
- Driving expansion pipeline
- Assisting in event organization and coordination
- Leading cross-functional initiatives in revenue-facing departments
What you’ll need:
- 2-3 years experience in RevOps, SalesOps, MarOps or a similar field
- Good understanding of HubSpot, including reporting, pipeline, data and workflow management
- Ability to build reports in HubSpot and Google Sheets
- Understanding of key SaaS metrics
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude
- You are flexible with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
