If you have a proven sales track record but have exhausted your potential for increased performance-based compensation and you are interested in developing relationships with the world’s largest Private Equity firms – we are interested in talking to you.

This role is responsible for business development strategy and sales execution to support the growth of our due diligence research product. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Capstone coverage industries and is knowledgeable across a range of topics including investment strategy and regulatory developments. As part of the sales team, you will seek to position value added services with private equity and portfolio company clients and enhance our position in the market.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Identify and close new due diligence business opportunities through cold-calling efforts, e-mail campaigns, marketing meetings and referrals.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients.
  • Gain a wealth of policy and regulatory based knowledge with respect to Private Equity funds, investment strategies and asset valuation.

  • You must be able to work in a complex, dynamic environment and be able to manage the sales process, prospects and clients.
  • You must be a networker, business driver and excel at hunting new business opportunities.

Education/Eligibility Requirements

  • Four-year college degree required.
  • High academic achievement.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be £70,000 - 100,000 per annum with an uncapped commission. 
 
This position is based in our London office. Capstone is in-person Monday thru Thursday with flexible work from home Fridays.
