The main focus is on meeting deadlines, achieving business goals and adopting best development practices. You will manage priorities, eliminate blockers, design scalable solutions and synchronize frontend to backend and be responsible for test automation.<br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>What will you do:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage priorities, timelines and resources to meet business objectives</li><li>Coordinate the work of 4 frontend teams and eliminate blockers</li><li>Coordinate and clarify requirements with the product team</li><li>Design scalable React-based solutions and conduct architectural reviews</li><li>Synchronize frontend requirements and backend capabilities, participate in API development</li><li>Implement and support autotesting, monitor coverage level of key functionalities</li></ul><ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>What you bring:</strong></p><ul><li>7+ years of experience in software development, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position</li><li>Expertise in React, TypeScript, SPA design and architectural approaches (separation of logic and presentation, data layer separation, SOLID compliance)</li><li>Experience in successfully managing delveries of large projects</li><li>Skills in implementing autotesting and integrating testing tools (Cypress, Playwright, etc.) into development processes</li><li>Strong collaboration skills with product and backend teams</li><li>Excellent communication, risk management and decision making skills in an uncertain environment</li></ul><ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>It’ll also be an advantage if you have experience in:</strong></p><ul><li>Finance experience or knowledge of Trading</li><li>Knowledge of TradingView 😁</li></ul><h3 dir="ltr">Additional information</h3><p dir="ltr">This is a hyrbid role based in our Tbilisi office.</p><p dir="ltr">Our flexible working hours allow for a great work-life balance, and we provide comprehensive relocation packages for you and your family to ensure a smooth transition and a comfortable settling-in process.
