As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a Senior Web Designer to join the Digital Team and help us build internal tools and web-based platforms for our players.
Responsibilities
- Creation of high-quality websites and web applications
- Developing print projects, with the ability to prepare materials based on print house guidelines
- Working on building interactive prototypes of functional web pages and web applications that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions
- Photo retouching and creating illustrations for creative purposes
- Close collaboration with various team members, including Publishing, Tools & Tech, and the Design Team, to ensure smooth implementation of goals and needs of these teams
- Creation of high-quality graphics for Social Media
- Managing your work time on the Jira platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Web / Graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous web design, print design, photo manipulation, UX, and UI projects, along with the design process leading to the final solution.
- Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for user experience best practices.
- Experience in designing complex digital platforms or products.
- Proficient in English communication.
Nice to haves
- Experience in photography, photo editing, and retouching.
- Understanding of technologies such as 3D, React, HTML, and CSS3 is a plus.
- Experience with brand identity and logo creation.
- Self-awareness and the ability to reflect on personal strengths and areas for growth.
