Maintenance Operative - Painter and Decorator

<p><strong>We enjoy looking after people, that’s what great people do.</strong></p><p>Our Property Team provide planned and re-active maintenance necessary to preserve our reputation for the comfort and safety of our guests and staff across both hotels.</p><p>We need a Property Team member who will be responsible for painting and decorating, across both sites, ensuring the upkeep of all rooms and public spaces, maintaining these to a high standard.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintaining the fabrication of both hotels</li><li>Ensuring health &amp; safety procedures are adhered and in-line with normal operating procedure</li><li>General maintenance across both hotels </li></ul><p>Working both within a team and independently, you will need to be capable of carrying out a range of different maintenance tasks, though your primary responsibility will be the upkeep of both hotels. </p><p>It is imperative you carry out work, whilst maintaining a clean and tidy area, both during and after work is carried out.
