In this role, you will oversee a team of 8-12 project managers, ensuring your team has the resources needed for projects to stay on schedule and within budget. You will also manage projects from design to production and installation. Your expertise will be vital in balancing workloads, meeting timelines, and driving customer satisfaction. Senior Project Manager (Fixtures or architectural millwork exp req) Responsibilities

•    Lead a team of 8-12 Project Managers to ensure successful project execution
•    Manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
•    Plan and oversee production schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources
•    Ensure materials are available to meet production schedules
•    Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to meet deadlines
•    Ensure work orders reflect customer specifications before production
•    Troubleshoot issues and adjust schedules as needed
•    Visit job sites as required to meet customer expectations
•    Ensure ERP standards are utilized and understood by the team
•    Address customer complaints and concerns immediately
•    Monitor the status of work in process (WIP)
•    Account for delays, difficulties, and changes in original cost estimates

Senior Project Manager (Fixtures or architectural millwork exp req) Qualifications

•    6+ years of Fixtures, cabinetry, or architectural millwork industry experience required
•    3+ years of retail/commercial interior fixtures project management experience required
•    2+ years of managerial experience (at least 4-6 direct reports) required 
•    ERP systems experience required
•    Familiarity with various materials (laminate, wood, acrylic, etc.) required
