My name is Nate Ginsburg and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of SellerPlex, host of the Ecom Exits Podcast, and partner in a handful of other online businesses.

We are partnering with a leading AI influencer to help businesses implement AI solutions effectively. Our mission is to create tailored AI roadmaps that deliver quick wins and long-term value. We are in talks with a client and expect to start our first project in September. This will be a part-time, three-month engagement with the potential to become full-time if the project goes well. We have numerous opportunities in the pipeline for future projects.

About the role:

As a Data Implementation Analyst, you will take charge of conducting comprehensive data audits and leading critical data projects to enhance operational efficiency within SellerPlex. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying key areas for data improvement, developing and implementing effective data solutions, and managing the execution of these projects. You will play a key role in building out our data department, working closely with internal teams to develop and refine data processes and systems. Your ability to provide insightful analysis, actionable recommendations, and regular updates will be crucial in driving business growth and optimizing data capabilities.

This is a Part-Time Remote Role, with the potential for full-time in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Data Audits: Lead in-depth data audits to pinpoint inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Develop Data Solutions: Design and implement data-driven strategies to enhance business operations and support key objectives.
• Manage Data Projects: Oversee and coordinate data projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and align with business needs.
• Build Data Capabilities: Help develop and expand our data department by creating and optimizing data systems and processes.
• Analyze and Report: Generate detailed reports and provide strategic recommendations based on data findings.
• Expand Opportunities: Explore and capitalize on new data initiatives to drive further business opportunities.

Requirements
