What you will be doing

Lead the execution of data analysis projects, including collecting specifications, creating dashboards, and conducting in-depth analyses to drive business decisions
Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, Power BI dashboards, and Excel models to support various business units
Mentor and support junior colleagues in data analysis techniques, query optimization, and dashboard creation • Perform quality assurance on data outputs, including queries, dashboard results, and visualizations to ensure accuracy and reliability
Communicate analytical findings and insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, improve team performance, and enhance overall efficiency
Assist the team manager in handling ad-hoc requests and managing cross-team projects
Contribute to the development of best practices and documentation for data analysis processes.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus
Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining complex dashboards and conducting in-depth data analysis
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in mentoring junior team members and contributing to process improvements
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of e-commerce metrics and KPIs is highly desirable
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and data visualization best practices
