We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely disbursement of payments to employees. The Payroll Manager will also be key in maintaining payroll records, implementing best practices, and collaborating with various departments to streamline processes.

Your Impact

Payroll Processing:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and distribution of salaries, wages, and bonuses.
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll computations and adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.

Compliance:

  • Stay updated on federal, state, and local tax regulations to ensure payroll compliance.
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to guarantee accurate and legal payroll processing.

Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including employee information, hours worked, and tax withholdings.
  • Generate and distribute reports for management and auditing purposes.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs related to payroll, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other deductions.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with HR, finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters and provide timely and accurate information.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in payroll management.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in payroll software and MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
