If you’re passionate about <strong>media production, content and creativity, <strong>in an emerging platform, we want to hear from you.</strong></strong></p><p>Working with a young, diverse production team, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing the entire production process, providing leadership, trust and confidence across key areas such as efficiencies, budgeting, performance, workflow implementation and quality control to name a few. <strong><br></strong><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, the Director of Production plays a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end production process from conception to post-production, ensuring effective scheduling, deadlines are met and resources are used efficiently.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Be responsible for business growth in new channel creation/acquisition and existing channel development.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Lead and manage team heads across Writing, Packaging, Animation, Set Design and Build, Editing, Actors, and Analytics to create production synergies and drive performance improvements with a focus on mentoring, training, and performance reviews.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Manage department budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Develop and implement best practices and workflows that enhance collaboration and efficiency across the production team.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Anticipate potential bottlenecks in the production process and devise strategies to mitigate them.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s strategic goals and meets the highest quality standards.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work closely with the Analytics team to review performance data and adjust production processes to optimize viewer engagement.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Work closely with the Talent Lead, ensuring that each department is adequately staffed with skilled professionals.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ensure clear and consistent communication across departments, particularly regarding project timelines, milestones, and expectations.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the production team.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">Requirements</p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proven experience as a Head of Production or in a similar senior production role, ideally within a gaming or media environment.</p></li></ul><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Extensive experience managing end-to-end production, from pre-production planning through to final delivery.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong understanding of the challenges in various production areas, including Writing, Animation, Set Design, Editing, and more.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A deep understanding of production workflows and the ability to optimize them for greater efficiency and output.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Familiarity with modern production tools and platforms, particularly those used in digital content creation.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience managing production budgets and schedules.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience writing and presenting business reports</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage large, diverse teams.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collaborative mindset and exceptional communication skills, capable of working with both creative and technical teams.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>Our Offer</strong></p><p dir="ltr">If you’re excited to work on some of the most-loved content on the internet and bring smiles to millions of children across the globe; whilst working alongside a highly skilled and fun-loving team; passionate about all things YouTube and gaming, then what are you waiting for?
