ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is seeking for an IT Project Manager.

Our client is an IT Solutions Provider, offering services to companies in the Telco, Banking, Energy, and Manufacturing sectors.

📌 Location: Athens, City Centre Greece

📍 Working Model: Hybrid

🖋️You will be reporting to: Head of PMOs

What you will do:

You will participate in the pre-sales phase, you will gather client’s requirements, and you will take over from the kickoff stage with the customer. Once you are assigned to the project, you will be expected to lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered within time, scope, budget and in line with the company’s requirements.

More specifically, you will be:

• Leading small-scale projects and engaging in all project lifecycle phases
• Assisting other Project Manager when requested, on larger scale programs
• Developing key project artefacts, reporting and communication plans
• Communicating project status, potential risks, and issues that might occur, to relevant key stakeholders, project sponsors, and teams
• Managing cross functional cooperations
• Work with IT in developing and implementing technical solutions that meet and exceed client needs, especially in the following domains: IT and Enterprise Service Management, Automation & DevOps, Monitoring and End User Experience Management, Data Analytics, Cloud, and Security and Data Privacy

Requirements

• University Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering field
• 5 years of work experience in IT / Software Project Management
• Hands-on experience with Ticketing Systems (e.g Jira) will be preferred
• Excellent time management and negotiation skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and work independently
• Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in both a team and individually
• PMP, SCRUM, ITIL or ITSM certifications will be a strong plus
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Greek and English
