Looking for a top-notch Order Management & Operations Analyst to join our Round Rock Texas team to work a hybrid schedule. The position requires a well-rounded individual who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is an interdisciplinary position that is part of the global order management team, responsible for processing sales and compliance orders for billing, licensing fulfillment and system entitlements. In this position, you will be part of the sales Operations group, partnering closely with the Sales organization and Sales Operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for verification and processing of sales orders, including new accounts and customer setup, sales order creation, closing sales orders, using Salesforce.com (SFDC).
- Collaborate and establish strong relationships with Sales, Legal, Operations Groups to become subject matter expert in Order Management
- Work with business users and cross-functional teams to identify problems, process gaps, and propose solutions to improve workflows (including opportunities to automate manual processes/activities) based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Support with creating process documentation, namely Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and update them at regular intervals in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor and manage the following order management processes:
Day to day tasks
Bounce-backs emails, order cancellations during the month/quarter-end close process
Monitor all un-booked orders in SFDC
Store and maintain documents in SFDC under customer accounts
Providing administrative support for sales reps
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in finance or related field experience preferred
- Must be located in or around the Austin Texas area.
- 3+ years of work experience in billing, collections, or order fulfillment in a multinational company
- Willingness to learn and grow, opportunities for ownership and advancement as part of a growing team
- A team player who excels at building relationships across the organization while adhering to tight deadlines with a positive demeanor
- Required to work shifts to overlap with US time zones on critical days of month / quarter / year-end close
- Salesforce (Required)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Attention to detail and the ability to proactively manage his or her own work streams as needed
- Adapts quickly to changes in a dynamic organizational structure and business processes
