Location: Makati/Pampanga | Hybrid Work Arrangement (2-3 days onsite a week)

JOB OVERVIEW

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience for our customers. This role involves collaborating with the marketing and customer service teams to implement solutions that enhance the functionality, performance, and aesthetic appeal of our website. The developer will leverage their expertise in Shopify, UX/UI design, and web development to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces and optimise the overall digital experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and Update Shopify Codebase
• Maintain and Update our Odoo CRM and ERP
• Design and develop new pages
• Build out and design landing pages
• Collaborate with the marketing team on new features
• Conduct regular testing on the website
• Ensure documentation is up to date
  
• Ensure website has relevant tracking set up
• Optimise existing systems
• Implement SEO best practices to improve site ranking and visibilit
• Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Integrate third-party apps and plugins to enhance functionality
• Ensure website compliance with web standards and accessibility guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Shopify: Extensive experience with Shopify's platform, Liquid, and Shopify's APIs.
  
• Python: knowledge of Python to be able to manage, add features and maintain our Odoo CRM and ERP.
• Web Development: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  
• UX/UI Design: Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
  
• Responsive Design: Ability to create responsive web designs that work across various devices and screen sizes.
• SEO: Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize website content and structure.
• Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Testing: Experience with website testing tools and methodologies.
• Slack: Daily internal communication.
• Jira: Project and task management and tracking.
  
• Google Drive: Internal documentation and shared folders for resellers.
  
• Dropbox: image and template storage.
  
• Adobe Photoshop & InDesign: image editing and content creation.
  
• Figma: website design
  
• Hotjar: analytics for the website
