Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with project teams of listed cryptocurrencies
- Identify potential listed projects and develop strategies to achieve company success
- Regularly review and analyse the performance of listed projects to ensure they meet listing criteria continuously.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as PR, marketing, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and continued support for listed projects.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of listed projects.
- 项目评估： 负责对希望在交易所上线的数字货币项目进行全面评估，包括但不限于项目的背景、技术实力、团队构成、市场潜力等。
- 商务洽谈： 主导与上线项目方的商务洽谈，制定合作协议，明确双方责任与权益，并推动达成战略合作。

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial services, cryptocurrency, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Previous experience in a cryptocurrency exchange or blockchain project is preferred.
