2025 Summer Internship - Corporate Strategy

The Strategy team is a small multidisciplinary and multicultural organization that reports to the Chief Operating Officer. This team:

• Identifies, designs, and leads the execution of value-creating, cross-functional initiatives
• Supports the strategic process for the Firm, and
• Engages in new business and special situations

 About the Strategy Internship

If you are interested in pursuing a career in Corporate Strategy, this 10-week summer internship with our Strategy group will provide you a valuable experience at a complex global firm. During your time with us, you will gain exposure to and build your knowledge base on:

• Supporting implementation of the firm’s strategic priorities
• Leading projects with multiple senior stakeholders across the Point72 organization
• Evaluating new business opportunities
• Providing project management support on key initiatives
• Performing quantitative and qualitative research on a variety of business-relevant topics (e.g. competitive analysis, industry trends, market conditions)
• Leading analyses on ways to improve our firm’s operations

In addition to the learning and development you’ll receive in your day-to-day role with your team, as a part of our summer internship program you will:

• Work alongside your fellow interns and be mentored by experienced professionals
• Meet your peers through designated intern programming, volunteer opportunities, and social events
• Attend sessions with senior leaders discussing their expertise and career paths
• Get hands on access to the wealth of tools and resources that Point72 employees use every day
• Gain exposure to groups and functions with unique responsibilities and perspectives on our industry
• Develop technical, writing, and presentation skills

 What's required

• Expected bachelor's degree in Spring 2026, Fall 2026, or Spring 2027
• Interest in the Asset Management industry
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the team
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $75,000 (USD), which does not include overtime compensation, discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
