Our Product Marketing Manager is approaching her parental leave, and we are now looking for a creative, analytical and commercially oriented marketeer to step in while she is away.</p><p>As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational product marketing efforts related to your product portfolio targeting customers across Europe. The right candidate will have the opportunity to implement new creative ideas within the company.</p><p><strong><strong>What you will be doing to make a difference:</strong></strong></p><ul><li> Further develop, execute on, and evaluate the product marketing plan and associated campaigns and activities for your product portfolio, in close collaboration with stakeholders from the Sales and Product teams.</li><li>Through a deep understanding of target markets and audiences, you will initiate as well as support activities with the right messaging, channel usage and affiliated actions, to increase awareness and generate and nurture incoming leads further to qualified sales leads.</li><li>Support product launches by creating and implementing launch campaigns, and work closely with both product experts and regional sales managers on the effective use of marketing assets.</li><li> Create and support the development of product collaterals, sales kits, web content, product promotions, and social media messaging.</li><li>Identify and support events (both Volue events and external trade fairs and conferences) relevant to your product portfolio within the Nordic and European regions.</li><li>Reflect on current market happenings and how these impact your marketing activities.</li><li>Support competitor landscape screening.</li></ul><p><strong><br>What you need to succeed:</strong><strong></strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of relevant work experience (product marketing, lead generation, sales enablement, positioning and messaging, audience marketing)</li><li>University degree in marketing, business administration, or communication, or relevant to the position</li><li>Proven track record with product/solution launches within technology and/or B2B</li><li>Experience and knowledge of the energy industry and/or the IT/software industry is highly beneficial</li><li>Previous experience of working with marketing automation software and CRM solutions (we use Salesforce) is beneficial</li><li>Fluency in English; Nordic and/or German language capabilities are highly beneficial</li></ul><p><strong>As a person, we believe that you:</strong></p><ul><li>Are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset</li><li>Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and enjoy getting things done</li></ul><p>The position is located in Oslo.</p><p>The candidate will report to the VP of Marketing &amp; Communications, and will work closely with the product, sales and wider marketing team.
