Education and Experience Required:Typically, a First Level University degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science
or related technical/communications fi eld and a minimum of 6+ years related experience or an Advanced University degree and a minimum of 4-6 years experience, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of and ability to utilize a variety of tools and technologies to support multiple
technologies.
• Represents company in professional associations, e.g., STC, ASM-SIGDOC, IEEE,
technology standards committees such as DocBook Standards Committee.
Knowledge and Skills:• Knowledge expert for multiple products within a technology.
