WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
As Tech Recruitment Manager, you are involved in the strategic side of Boldr’s technical recruitment process. You will undertake a proactive approach to sourcing and hiring the best candidates. You will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Work in partnership with business leaders to evaluate, research and design a consistent recruitment procedure.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Build excellent relationships with external recruitment agency partners.
- Manage and maintain recruitment databases.
- Manage all recruitment channels (referrals, headhunters, online channels) and, if needed, research and recommend new sourcing channels/methods.
- Plan employee referral programs.
- Support and work closely with recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing, and employment processes.
- Find bottlenecks in recruiting process and plan procedures for improving candidate experience.
- Communicate with the team to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans.
- Act as point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters.
- Develop, Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
- Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates.
- Review employment applications and background check reports.
- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the Technical Talent Acquisition team.
- Build excellent relationships with external recruitment agency partners.
- Communicate with the team to determine the effectiveness of recruitment plans.
- Work in partnership with business leaders to evaluate, research and design a consistent recruitment procedure.

YOU HAVE…
- Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, Resourcing Manager or Senior Staffing Recruiter.
- Experience on Technical recruitment .
- Hands-on recruitment experience .
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
- Advanced skills in cloud-based applications such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office applications.
- Adept at using different sourcing techniques and platforms .
- An eye for profiling and spotting people who are not only a technical fit but a culture fit as well
- Excellent analytical skills.
