The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.


Salary Range: $120K-130K/Annum(Nego)

Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Functional Architect with CSM, AWA, HR Workplace
• As a ServiceNow Architect with functional expertise in CSM, AWA, and HR Workplace, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance customer service, streamline asset management, optimize workforce processes, and improve HR service delivery.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure successful solution delivery and alignment with business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM, AWA, or HR, and Certified System Administrator.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for CSM, AWA, and HR Workplace.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, best practices, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide development teams.
• Experience with integration technologies and practices.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management concepts.
