As a CNA, you will provide basic patient care under the direction of the nursing staff and perform duties such as feed, bathe, dress, groom patients and change linens. Move, transfer or transport patients. Will work specifically with long-term care patients in our SNF neighborhoods with the expectation of working in areas of the nursing home as needed.

Completion of a State approved Nursing Assistant course or passing the State Nursing Assistant exam for Certification as well as the CNA listing on the State and Federal Registry required.
Experience as a Nursing Assistant in a healthcare setting strongly preferred. 
Computer skills strongly preferred. 
Certified or willingness to obtain dementia care certification strongly preferred.
