Facilities Management - Quality Assurance Manager (Saudi Arabia )

Eram Talent is currently seeking a Facilities Management - Quality Assurance Manager for one of our esteemed clients in Saudi Arabia. Our client, a leading facilities management company, is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction in their facilities management operations.

As the Facilities Management - Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards across the organization. Your role will involve monitoring and analyzing quality metrics, conducting regular audits and inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards for facilities management operations
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improve quality performance
• Train and educate employees on quality assurance processes and standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in facilities management
• Compile and analyze data and prepare reports on quality performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality regulations and certifications
• Identify and address customer complaints and concerns related to quality
• Stay current with customer expectations and industry trends in facilities management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in the facilities management in island industry
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems
• Solid understanding of relevant quality regulations , ISO and certifications for facilities management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues at all levels
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus
• Fluent in English and Arabic
