This position oversees and leads the KVM marketing team in all things digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have strong copywriting skills and ability to manage several marketing initiatives at once. This person will be a creative thinker, an administrator, and strategist willing to contribute to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks as requested.

Responsibilities

Manage Marketing Team & Approvals

  • Manage and lead the day-to-day of the marketing team (Social Media Coordinator for Kris, Social Media Coordinator for Kathy, and Systems Coordinator) 

Oversee All Marketing Campaigns 

  • Project manage marketing campaigns, i.e. book club, School of the Prophets, devotionals, SQI
  • Work alongside the KVM marketing team and operations manager to ideate, strategize and implement marketing efforts to grow the KVM audience and steward well our current online audience 
  • Define messaging for marketing campaigns
  • Set marketing goals 
  • Oversee content calendar 
  • Oversee marketing budget
  • Oversee maintenance of www.krisvallotton.com

Copywriting for Kris Vallotton

  • Write for requested book forwards and endorsements 
  • Write for emails and content sent on behalf of Kris to the Bethel audience 

Producing Content

  • Produce Cultural Catalysts Show
  • Write talking points and craft conversations for marketing content 

Develop and Implement Strategy 

  • YouTube
  • Twitter
  • LinkedIn

Write email campaigns on a regular basis

  • Weekly Wednesday newsletter 
  • Nurture campaigns - SOTP, SQI, and other KVM promotions
  • Write Marketing emails using Storybrand concept

Weekly Blog

  • Develop content
  • Facilitate video
  • Write blog copy

Misc 

  • Strategy for Paid Ad Campaigns
  • Influencer Marketing 
  • Develop new content outlets alongside 
  • Create lead generators and nurture sequences 

Requirements

  • Believes and adheres to the beliefs and vision of Bethel Church
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Active and well-rounded personal presence in digital marketing, with a command of each network and their best practices.
  • Excellent communicator, critical thinker and problem solver, with an ability to use both data, intuition and new ideas to make decisions.
  • Planning and project management skills - set goals, make a plan to achieve them and manage the process to reach said goals.
  • Proficient in the art of being succinct with the ability to convey their message in a short space, with no grammatical errors that also encourages people to engage with the content we share
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and achieve deadlines under pressure
  • Naturally self-motivated and able to work independently and successfully as part of a team
  • Organized and highly efficient with personal time management; administrative; loves to build upon the vision of leaders.
