About the People & Culture team

Grant Thornton UAE’s People & Culture team is dedicated to creating a vibrant, inclusive workplace where top talent thrives through dynamic recruitment, innovative engagement, and continuous development, driving success for our people and clients.

As Senior Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive talent development and enhance rewards structures across teams and offices
  • Lead a performance management process that aligns goals, fosters continuous feedback, and promotes excellence
  • Manage performance reviews, career planning, and implement new competency frameworks
  • Advise and coach managers on performance, compensation, and rewards, ensuring consistent practices
  • Analyse workforce metrics to recommend improvements in compensation, performance, and rewards
  • Partner with L&D to create impactful training programs for managers and employees

  • 8+ years of experience leading performance management and training initiatives, ideally in professional services
  • Expertise in HR operations, administration, and current HR practices, with a proven track record in medium/large organizations
  • Strong ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all levels and backgrounds
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a demonstrated sense of urgency and adaptability
  • Highly organized, skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and capable of meeting multiple deadlines
  • Passionate about fostering collaboration and creating an environment where people thrive
  • Strong written and spoken English, Arabic speaking is advantageous
