We are looking for a Senior Producer with experience working across all mediums from digital and social, to print and broadcast. The Senior Producer will support both our Brands and Control Brands’ marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a proven track record of successfully managing and producing high-quality content. As a Sr. Producer, you will have a strong background in leading creative, account and client teams through complex production workflows.
The Senior Producer will report to the Director, Content Production and may oversee a team of agency producers supporting both our retail and control brands’ initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our creative, operations and client teams to ensure creative campaigns are brought to life on time and on budget
- Develop and implement production plans that match the highest industry standards and delivery best-in-class content
- Act as the primary point of contact between agency teams and external vendors, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and manage project budgets through bidding, production estimate creation and project reconciliation
- Build strong relationships with agency, client and vendor teams
- Provide guidance and input to creative teams throughout the concepting and production phases ensuring all ideas presented are feasible within time and budget constraints
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and creative best practices
- Work with the creative and operational teams to evaluate cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality of content
- Proactively monitor and flag risks that may arise during the production process
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant, with a proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and delivering complex projects
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- A strong network of industry contacts, including directors, photographers, illustrator/animators and other production professionals
- Proficiency in project management tools and production software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of production workflows, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Business acumen and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge & Experience in sample management is considered a strong asset/bonus
