THE ROLE
Reporting to the CRO (Co-Founder), the Commercial Lead will drive growth by strengthening customer relationships and expanding partnerships as LEV adoption accelerates globally. Success in this role will pave the way for building a high-performing revenue team as Zoomo scales:

  • Develop new regional enterprise accounts and B2B ecosystem partnerships which will unlock B2B growth and accelerate the LEV transition 
  • Manage existing accounts and partnerships, ensuring Zoomo continues to be their partner of choice - both the local and regional level 
  • Lead key regional and strategic deals, working with multiple teams across Zoomo to create winning proposals
  • Own key commercial tools and processes where you can have the biggest impact (mainly pricing tools, deal approval process, late payment escalation)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial, sales, partnerships or strategy role at high growth companies, preferably in the on demand food, grocery, micromobility or last mile logistics space
  • You are a proven farmer or hunter with a track record of growing existing or developing new accounts and partnerships and you get a thrill from building relationships and closing deals 
  • You are skilled at influencing across organisations, internally and externally
  • You have experience leading multi-million-dollar deals from lead to close
  • You are empathetic, curious person with a passion for building relationships and going the extra 10% for customers
  • You are an exceptional communicator and can articulate what really matters to a client or in a deal
  • You’re a self-starter and excited by a growth environment.  You’re willing to try new strategies while keeping the focus on achieving results and have a bias for action.
  • You’re happy to roll up your sleeves and analyse the data yourself, pulling key insights which will help drive the sales pipeline
  • Humility is something that comes naturally to you. You’re a born collaborator, you seek and give feedback and you care about getting to the right answer more than who came up with it. 
  • You’re aligned with Zoomo’s vision: to transition every urban mile to light electric vehicles
