Administrative Assistant #11069-RG

InGenesis is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with our client located in New York, NY.  In this role, you will be working in the New York State Office of the Attorney General (OAG) providing support and handling various tasks within the department.

Job Duties

1. Process receipt of settlement payments and distribute settlement funds.
2. Review, manage, and organize files.
3. Coordinate with the Budget Office for updated balances and status updates.
4. Assist with public address data search (Accurint).
5. Draft legal correspondence from templates.
6. Perform mail merges and mailings.
7. Sort incoming mail.
8. Provide general office support.
9. Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent. Technical degree/Certificate Program or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. 1+ years of related experience.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
