The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Logistics Administrator to join our team on an 8-month fixed-term contract, with an immediate or ASAP start. You will manage order entries for all B2B divisions, interacting with internal and external customers via email and telephone to provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses. Your responsibilities will include full management of processing orders within customer SLA, liaising with the warehouse on delivery and packing requirements, and producing and sending proforma invoices, credits, and debits to customers as needed.
You will also gain knowledge to support other team members, process new account openings, update customer order forms, ensure accurate pricing within the SAP system, and handle returns. Additionally, you will confidently address new account queries and complete set-ups from start to finish.
