THE JOURNEY

• Work with local and international Growth Marketing teams, being main supporting hero for the Marketing Lead
• Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping your team to make the right decisions growing business in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan
• Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights and actions. Design and coordinate a best-in-class execution of the local Promo strategies
• Identify growth opportunities to increase our user base, step change retention rates and maximize profitability
• Provide expertise to the local team, offering marketing expertise and strategic insights for enhanced actions.
• Be main point of contact to local commercial teams
• Seamlessly execute local / global marketing related projects (TVCs, Copies, POSM)
• Assist the team members in the ongoing projects, as needed in the marketing department.
• Support the execution of local Marketing activations, collaborating with cross-functional teams (CRM, Design, Social Media, Accounts) on activities such as promotional campaigns (project management, design requests, monitoring progress) and Performance Marketing.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and projects based on business needs as identified by local and global Marketing teams

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and performance marketing is preferred.
• Previous experience in a cross-functional or international team environment is a plus.
• Experience on executing integrated marketing campaigns or promotion plans across digital and non-digital channels
• Experience in project management
• Strong skills in Office, especially in Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and verbal, in English and local language
• An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
