This position involves overseeing key HR operations such as employee lifecycle management, HR systems, payroll, compliance, and data analytics. The HR Operations Manager will be a part of the People &amp; Governance team and work closely with other HR members and department managers to streamline HR activities, optimize HR technologies, and support business goals.</p><p><br>Some of your main areas of responsibility will include: </p><ul><li>Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant management of HR processes.</li></ul><ul></ul><ul><li>Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and contract management.</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor HR systems and databases to ensure data and stats accuracy and consistency.</li></ul><ul><li>Administer compensation &amp; benefits as well as follow-up external payroll vendor.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date, and in line with labor laws and GDPR.</li></ul><ul><li>Facilitate AMU, follow-up sick-leave, and engagement initiatives.</li></ul><ul><li>Advise on recruitment.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide guidance in conflict resolution and ensure HR practices align with company culture and values.</li></ul><ul><li>Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that supports collaboration and continuous learning.<br></li></ul><p><strong>Who we are looking for</strong><br></p><p>For this position, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As a person, we believe you have an analytical mindset with a passion for people numbers. You love to facilitate a smooth employee user experience and thrive on finding good solutions both in supporting our people as well as the business. </p><p>To succeed in this role, we also believe you have:<br></p><ul></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in HR operations or similar roles, preferable 2 years in a management position.</li><li>Proven experience managing payroll, HR systems, compliance matters, reporting and analytics.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR analytics tools.</li><li>Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and a Nordic language.</li><li>Aim to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Emphasis on confidentiality, innovative and enjoys collaborating with others.</li></ul><p></p><h4><strong>Next step</strong></h4><p>First and foremost, we appreciate your time spent reading this advertisement.
