Cash Control Administrator - FTC

Exciting opportunity to join JD Sports as a Cash Control Administrator! 

·       Job Title – Cash Control Administrator - 7 months FTC

·       Location – BL9 8RR

·       Working rota – Mon-Fri

·       Working hours – Full time

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Cash Control Administrator, you'll be doing the following: 

• Contact branches for daily figures/variances for different fascias
• Download, manipulation, reconciliation and analysis of daily takings data
• Investigation of takings discrepancies
• Variance reporting, analysis and loss control liasion
• Petty cash control (from Stores and Head Office)
• Applying strong controls to deliver a smooth month end process
• EFT reporting, reconciling and analysis.
• Internet order reconciliation liaising with the multichannel team

 

What We're Looking For:

• Experience required - microsoft outlook, excel and word
• Skills required - strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to achieve high levels of accuracy whilst working under pressure
• Experience of working within a fast paced cash control environment
• Experience of working with large volumes of data
• Flexibility regarding working hours as overtime maybe required
