EquipmentShare is searching for a Program Manager supporting our Enterprise Technology Program Management Office out of the corporate office in Columbia, MO (or remote) to support our team as the department continues to grow. EquipmentShare is searching for a Program Manager to manage the Enterprise Technology various project portfolios and administrative functions. This new team member may be based anywhere in the United States and offers a remote/hybrid work option, but must be able to meet with management in person at least quarterly.
Work closely with the sub-departments within Enterprise Technology and EquipmentShare and leadership, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure large scale inflight projects are on track
Determine and define program/project roadmaps, timelines, scope, and objectives
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and plan
Lead communication internally and externally to ensure program and project success
Provide project updates consistently to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire program execution
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed and communicate it to leadership
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Confidently leads and facilitates all status meetings - coordinate, book, prepare, monitor attendance, distribute materials, draft meeting minutes, and update program documentation
Ensures the documentation repository is up to date for all project documentation related to the initiatives/projects/programs
Provide overall program communication and work with all areas affected by the program/project , including partners, business sponsors, and vendors
Provide data entry and step in for project coordinator roles as needed for ad-hoc projects
Support in driving strategic initiatives (company) and within the program management office

Education and Experience:
Project manager and/or project coordinator experience of 2 years
CAPM certified
Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment
The individual must be organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak on behalf of leadership
Experience developing presentations for management
Strong ability to adapt and be flexible within the scope of a given project as vision, priorities, and timelines shift
Experience with handling multiple priorities
Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing and motivating teams with no direct authority over them
