TEAM
Software development in the automotive industry comes with unique challenges. From deploying artifacts to cloud, mobile devices, and vehicles, to meeting vehicle security certifications and navigating different types of testing and simulation, it can be overwhelming for automotive software developers. That's why the Enterprise Technology Engineering Team (EnTec) builds solutions that enhance productivity, so developers can focus on their true passion – software development – without being bogged down by setup and customization tasks.
At EnTec, our mission is to make software development for Woven by Toyota and the greater Toyota organization as a whole more productive and efficient. We use the latest technologies to help engineering teams go faster, with safety as our top priority. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
By our nature we are designed to bring expertise to different systems and projects spanning many technologies, therefore we expect our developers to be versatile and a polyglot (concerning programming languages of course!).
We encourage developers to compare and choose what they think is the best approach for the task at hand. That’s why we expect a certain level of involvement, perseverance and ability to manage healthy discussions with team members. How else would you deliver the best solution if you don’t want to hear everyone's opinion?
You will report to the Team Lead and work in a hybrid work environment requiring you to be on-site 3 days per week.
All interviews will be arranged via Google Meet, unless otherwise stated.
