Job Title: Sales Analyst
Location: West Coast
Position Summary: Mission Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to support our sales teams by compiling, validating, and analyzing sales data. This role involves tracking key performance indicators, conducting market research, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth in the Home Health and Hospice industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Track KPIs such as sales volume, revenue, and market share.
- Develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Conduct market research to understand industry dynamics and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with sales teams to forecast targets and volumes.
- Evaluate sales performance against targets and recommend corrective actions.
- Optimize sales processes and work cross-functionally with other departments.
- Provide sales teams with relevant data, tools, and resources.
- Ensure timely delivery of recurring reports and maintain data quality.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data management systems, sales analysis, market research, or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Working Environment: This role is primarily office-based, interacting with a diverse range of professionals.
