<p>🚀This role is responsible for the maintenance &amp; support of Community Manager &amp; Social Media Content Creator (Bilingual Spanish/English)</p><p>At <a href="www.thehrchapter.com" target="_blank">theHRchapter</a>, we are seeking a <strong>Senior Business Developer Consultant</strong> with a strong focus on <strong>tender processes</strong> and a proven ability to build strategic networks within the HR industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing new business opportunities, attending industry events, leveraging <strong>cold calling</strong> strategies, and using CRM tools like <strong>HubSpot</strong> to automate contact management and lead generation. Experience in the <strong>Human Resources (HR)</strong> sector is highly preferred.<br><strong></strong></p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><strong><br>Tender consultancy:</strong><br> - Identify and pursue opportunities in public tenders and bids within relevant markets.<br> - Lead the preparation, submission, and management of tender proposals, ensuring all requirements are met.<br> - Develop strong relationships with government agencies and public sector entities to stay informed on upcoming opportunities to commercialise our HR &amp; headhunting services.<strong><br><br>Business Development &amp; Sales:</strong><br> - Proactively source new business leads, including through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.<br> - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the HR industry, including corporate clients, government entities, and large organizations.<br> - Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company’s network and generate new business opportunities.<br> - Present business development plans, strategies, and key opportunities to senior management.<br>- Act as a Sales &amp; Business Development lead.<br>- Create and execute sales strategies focused on achieving revenue targets and growing the business in the HR, Payroll &amp; Headhunting services sector.<br>- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.<br>- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.<strong><br><br>Network Building &amp; Client Engagement:</strong><br> - Develop a comprehensive network of contact* within the HR and recruitment industries.<br> - Leverage existing contacts and develop new relationships to expand the company’s reach and influence.<strong><br><br>CRM and Automation:</strong><br>- Manage and optimize the use of a CRM platform for business development and sales processes.<br> - Utilize automation tools to streamline outreach efforts, track leads, and follow up with potential clients.<br> - Regularly analyze data from CRM systems to assess performance and adjust business development strategies accordingly.<br> <strong><br>Requirements:</strong><br>- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consultancy roles, ideally within the HR or recruitment industries.<br>- Specialist knowledge of public tender processes, including experience with government tenders and procurement/preferred supply process.<br>- Proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic networks.<br>- Strong experience in cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships with C-level executives.<br>- Proficiency with CRM tools, including experience with automation, lead tracking, and reporting.<br>- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<br>- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.<br>- Ability to travel for events, meetings, and conferences as required.<strong><br><br>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><br>- Experience working within HR services or related industries (staffing, recruitment, talent management, etc.).<br>- Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation techniques.<br>- Strong understanding of the public procurement landscape and regulations in different markets.<strong><br><br>What We Offer:</strong><br>- Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.<br>- Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.<br>- Flexible working environment (remote or hybrid).<br>- Freelance opportunity/ opportunity to become a Managing Director or Co-founder in your location.<ul></ul><p> </p><ul></ul><p><strong><strong>🎉 </strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>🏝️You will be a contractor, thus you will own your time schedule and you will have flexible working hours</p><p>🥇100% remote</p><p><strong>😎</strong> Working at an internationally oriented companies</p><p> </p><ul></ul><p><strong>Our Core values at Coach4expats</strong><br>✔️ Transparency: We believe in transparent and smooth recruitment processes.
