Senior Project Manager - Microsoft D365 F&O
We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience managing Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation, with an emphasis on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The Senior ERP Project Manager will manage the delivery of each of the company customer's projects and implementations. This role utilizes a repeatable methodology, tools, and best practices in order to identify, manage and execute the required deliverables per project.
Responsibilities
- Play the primary day-to-day management liaison between clients and company's resources on all engagements that are assigned;
- Anticipate customer satisfaction concerns and address them prior to becoming an issue of consequence;
- Ensure resolution for all customer concerns has been accomplished in a timely and as equitable manner as possible;
- Coordinate with company's corporate resources for all Engagement Administration functions;
- Monitor all timesheet and expense reporting activities for all resources engaged in the project;
- Provide routine follow up to ensure the team is on track with each of their deliverables;
- Ensure scope, budget and timeline are clearly understood and managed in a timely fashion;
- Plan for Quality Management;
- Provide routine status reports and dashboards as to the progress and health of each project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ year's project management experience or 10+ years of project management experience;
- Experience managing large scale Microsoft Dynamics projects and implementations;
- Proven track record in managing multiple resources in delivering process improvement;
- Possess the ability to manage resources (both onsite and remote);
- Demonstrated repeated ability to achieve project objectives on time, on budget, and within the scope;
- Workshop facilitation;
- Strong verbal and written skills.
Desired Skills
- Dynamics 365 implementation experience;
- Field Service implementation experience desired;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification;
- Microsoft Certified Professional Dynamics Certifications.
