• Approve incoming material by confirming specifications, conducting a visual and measurement test, rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Maintain and update testing results by completing reports and logs.
• Maintain and update uploading Tanker details

• Approve in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement test, and communicating the required correction to the production team.
• Maintain and update testing results by completing reports and logs.
• Checked tankers/barrels before filling.
• Checked filled tanker/barrels and approved for dispatched.

• Prepare COA (Certificate of Analysis) of filled tankers
• Maintain and update T.O. (Transformer Oil) related documents.
• Maintain and update ISO (International Standard Organization) documents.
• Maintain and update NABL related documents.

• Supervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required quality records.
• Support every aspect of internal audit quality system program from audit planning, implementation, feedback as required.
• Prepare list of deviations for correction and verify corrections as per established company standards.

• Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with regulations.
• Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs
• Coach and mentor junior employees; seek opportunities to grow leadership in others
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading technical publications, attending training, attending seminars, watching industry videos. Technical discussion with employees etc.
• Review of Batch Manufacturing Record and Batch Packing Record.
• Monitor the process of water bath temp. R.I Viscosity, PH, UV, water.
• Advise and monitor appropriate safety measures and enforced the Chemical Hygiene Plan.
• Setting up the quality standards for the product.
• Carry out audit tasks as required by the Quality System Audit Schedule.
• Accomplish organization's mission by completing related results as needed .
