Staging Specialist

Detailed Description

The Netsync Network Staging Specialist is an integral part of the Netsync delivery process. This role is a combination of project coordinator and technical team member. This role helps drive delivery efficiency by providing pre-deployment device configuration and inventory. Providing sound communication and driving deadlines is a key part to this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Must have Strong Excel Skills
• Understanding of the Cisco product family
• Ability to understand Layer 1 and Layer 2 connectivity
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Must be an effective communicator
• Perform Cisco IOS Upgrades
• Perform Cisco hardware configuration

Additional Duties:

• Frequent use of hand and power tools
• Conduct and participate in meetings (external and internal)
• Work through warranty process for hardware

Skills and Experience:

• Previous technical experience preferred
• Computer proficiency required

Minimum Qualifications/Technical and Education Requirements:

Must have a HS diploma, with clean driving record and ability to plass rigorous background checks
