主な仕事内容

契約管理

• 契約ライフサイクル全般の管理（テンプレート作成、内部承認、署名プロセス、終了手続き、品質管理など）
• Degicaの契約データベースの管理
• 基本的な契約（例：NDAや契約変更など）の取り扱い

法律文書の作成と整理

• 法律チームからのリクエストやケースの文書化および整理
• 内部法律手続きの草案作成および文書化

法的調査とコンプライアンス

• 日本の法律やDegicaの契約に関するリサーチ
• コンプライアンスチームと連携したデューデリジェンスリクエストへの対応

Responsibilities:

Contract Management

• Managing the entire contract lifecycle (template creation, internal approval, signature process, termination procedure, quality control, etc.)
• Managing Degica’s contracts database
• Handling basic contracts (e.g., NDAs and amendments)

Legal Documentation and Organization

• Documenting and organizing legal team requests and cases
• Drafting or documenting internal legal procedures

Legal Research and Compliance

• Researching Japanese law and Degica’s contracts
• Responding to due diligence requests in collaboration with the Compliance Team

Requirements

必要な資格

- 日本語と英語のビジネスレベル（少なくともいずれかはネイティブレベル）

- 法務管理または類似の役割での2年以上の職務経験

• 類似の役割の例として、事業企画、経営企画などでのリサーチや、ファイリングなどの事務経験があると望ましい

歓迎される資格

- 日本の法律（民法、会社法、個人情報保護法、割賦販売法）に関する知識

- FintechまたはIT企業での職務経験

- 法律事務所または社内法務チームでの職務経験

Qualifications:

- Business level Japanese and English (at least one Native language)

- 2 years work experience in legal affairs administration or similar role

• Experience in research and administrative tasks such as filing in similar roles, such as in business planning or corporate planning departments, is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Japanese law (Civil Code, Companies Act, Personal Information Protection Act, Installment Sales Act)

- Experience in fintech or technology company

- Experience in a law office or in-house legal team
