Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars.
· Create training materials such as manuals, guides, and multimedia presentations.
· Implement innovative training methods to enhance learning and retention.
· Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, both in-person and virtually.
· Ensure training sessions are interactive, inclusive, and tailored to diverse learning styles.
· Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed.
· Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
· Collaborate with training lead and department managers to determine specific training requirements.
· Develop customized training materials based on assessment results.
· Measure the effectiveness of training programs through summative assessments, surveys, and feedback.
· Analyze training data and prepare reports on training outcomes and impact.
· Continuously tweak training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
· Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation, and participant communication to the training coordinator.
· Maintain accurate training records and manage the training database.
· Liaise with external training providers and vendors when necessary.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Professional certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
· 3-5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs.
o 5-7 years of experience as a schoolteacher is welcome to apply.
· Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools is preferred.
· Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
· Native or bilingual competencies in English Language.
· Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software (e.g., LMS, Articulate).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Agile and resilient in navigating through changes and challenges.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
