Job Description:
PURPOSE:
Collects, sorts, and distributes mail. Monitors unit email boxes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
30% Receives, sorts, scans and distributes mail received from the mailroom.
25% Monitors unit specific email boxes. Assists with distribution of emails to appropriate personnel.
25% Sorts, organizes and ships supplies as needed.
10% Operates postage meter.
10% Picks-up packages inside and outside the office.
Qualifications

Education Level: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 1 year clerical experience or mail handling
