The Purpose:
As a provider of globally competitive payment services, we are looking for a passionate, high-performing professional to join our team in Sydney. As a Risk and Compliance Manager supporting our Risk Transformation Program (RTP), you will play a pivotal role in helping us safeguard the operations of Australia’s payments network. You will be a member of a dedicated team responsible for driving the development, implementation and embedment of key risk and compliance management strategies, frameworks and processes across a range of risk categories.
We’re a relatively small organisation with a flat structure, so this role will be hands on. This will involve day-to-day delivery to progress the program deliverables, collaborating across functions to ensure stakeholders are appropriately engaged, consulted and supported through change and helping to define what good risk management practices look like for an organisation of our size and complexity.
This role is a 12 months fixed term contract opportunity
