WHERE IS THIS JOB LOCATED?

This is a Midwest/Northeastern US REMOTE position.  The Ideal candidate lives within a 500 mile radius of Philadelphia, PA. Some exclusions may apply.

COMPENSATION

$90,000.00 - $142,500 / year, Exempt

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic CPG Marketing Manager to craft and execute marketing plans that propel Sensei Farm's brand forward in the US.  You will be a pro at exploring new business models that drive change, keeping sustainability at the core to revolutionize the produce industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Use your expertise in CPG to develop strategies and guide execution of all Marketing initiatives.
• Ideate and execute new business venture in the US and run online and in-store testing.
• Oversee crop mix, leveraging sales data and consumer feedback, using key Marketing principles.
• Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers.
• Evaluate efficacy of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Be the knowledge hub of trends and developments.
• Be the face of Sensei at trade shows.
• Assist in marketing research to uncover the viability of current and existing products and services.
• Analyze data and evaluate the success of marketing efforts and create new ideas to improve brand marketing.  

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED TO APPLY?

• You have at least FIVE (5) years of experience in CPG Marketing (food/beverage industry experience, preferred.)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; MBA preferred. 
• Deep understanding of consumer trends and a passion for sustainability.
• Strong understanding of Nielsen/IRI or equivalent.
• Experience working with Agencies in design, packaging and branding.
• You're a data which and awesome storyteller of brand narratives.
• Proficient with MSOFFICE: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
• Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Strong project management and ability to prioritize workload.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
• Strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies, both retail and digital marketing.
